Training has been an integral component to James Vito,Inc. over the years and as such we had our “first of the month” company meeting. The meeting focused on a review of our 6 step Service System as well as detailed discussions on our Service Partner Plans and the value they add to our Customers. The Vito Team is consistently growing and improving in all areas of Plumbing and HVAC services in the DC Metro. We have implemented and followed a specific, predetermined system that focuses on the Customer from the initial call to completion of the job. Our plumbing, heating and air conditioning services are best in class and getting better each and everyone month, thanks to our employees and their dedication to our Service System.
