We at Vito, continually keep in touch with our Customers to make sure they receive the best plumbing, heating and air conditioning services in the Washington DC metro area. We called 95 Customers from June 22, 2012 through July 10, 2012 to ask them about their experience with Vito. Out of the 95 calls made 66 Customers were reached and took the time to tell us their thoughts. These 66 Customers gave Vito a 94% approval rating. We designate calls as either being “Happy Calls” or “Not Happy Calls.” Safe to say we continually achieve far more Happy Calls then Not Happy Calls. Good news is even when we encounter a Not Happy Call we typically address it head on and are able to make it a better experience for the Customer. This clearly has helped us define our company as a premier plumbing and HVAC contractor in Maryland.
