Current Openings:

  • HVAC Service Technician

    Under general supervision, completes assigned work and delivers customer satisfaction as well as profit growth for the company. Responsible for installing and/or servicing products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning units
    • Familiar with Flat Rate Pricing
    • Ablity to egage with Customers and discuss options
    • Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines
    • Able to solder and braze refrigerant systems, evacuate systems by procedure, and charge R-22 and R-410a systems by both super heat and sub cooling
    • Wire in control systems
    • Troubleshoot and repair low voltage and high voltage circuits, boilers, heat pumps, IAQ systems, and gas furnaces (including modulating)
    • Possess general knowledge of oil furnaces and be able to clean and service boilers
    • Troubleshoot and repair defrost cycle and refrigerant cycle problems
    • Configure variable speed systems for dehumidification and heat staging
    • Complete paperwork and submit in a timely manner


    • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician with primarily residential and some light commercial customers
    • High School diploma/GED is required
    • EPA Universal certification is required; NATE and or Journeyman Mech certification is preferred
    • Owns the appropriate hand tools, gauges, and meters
    • Able to pass background checks and drug screening

    A qualified journeyman plumber will apply their technical skills and knowledge in the assembly, installation, maintenance, remodeling, repair and servicing of plumbing and drainage systems.     • Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience in residential.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and good communications skills are required.
    • Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
    • Outgoing, professional, aggressive, and drug-free.
    • Should be able to work in a team atmosphere.
