The plumbers that have repaired our toilets were very friendly, arrived on time, and provided good service. My only negative comment is that on two occasions, I requested service online but never got a response. I ended up having to call instead.

I trust Vito more than any other plumber. They cost more and they are worth it.

Vito has installed not one, but two HVAC systems in our home (one for an addition). When the older one failed, they recommended and installed a new one. But there were some defects that took some time and deep thinking to resolve. After spending many hours with the unit and talking to the manufacturer, Vito finally got the manufacturer to take action to resolve the defects. Vito could have given up on us, in which case, we would have given up on Vito. But they stuck with us, became our best and only advocate and ultimately resolved the problem. Our respect for and loyalty to Vito is very strong.

On Tuesday, March 8, 2011, a gas furnace was installed in my home at 1016 Iago Avenue, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Mr. Kenny Young and Mr. Rohan Thompson were the technicans who installed the furnance. They both performed in a very professional manner and both very kind, polite and courteous. After finishing the job, they even cleaned up which I was very much impressed and appreciative. I am very satisified of work performed by your technicians.

My experience was great and I would use Vito again. The Serviceman was professional and on time for the service. He explained the estimated cost and verified the repair was complete so that I could patch the wall up with confidence.

2 winters years ago my heater died. Vito came to my home assessed my system and made a very competitive offer to replace my old 90% efficient furnace with a new one. The technician took the time to explain how my type of furnace operated and how the previous unit was not properly installed causing the system to not work to its full capabilities. His expertise with this type of furnace resulted in a more efficient configuation allowing the unit to work to its full capabilities. Once again my home was warm and my heating costs declined as a result. I highly recommend Vito for your HVAC concerns

I used Vito Services to put in new plumbing in my entire home. Not only was their price great, they made several recomendations for cost savings and they went out of their way to minimize the size of the holes they cut in the walls and they left our home as clean as it was when they started.

Best speedy service since I have lived here, 10 years. I called 2 different times for two different broken pieces in my toilets and the lady who took the calls gave me the expected time that a plumber would arrive and he was right on time or a little bit earlier. I know I am not the only person who feels this way because I have seen the Vito trucks in the nieghborhood several times. When a company does good work word gets arround. If anyone in my building asks I can reccomend Vito with out hesitating. As these building start to age I am sure I will see more Vito trucks in the neighborhood.

Our experiences with Vito are all positive. The technician comes, checks our heating and airconditioning equipment, reports to us on how it is working and does not make up (like our previous maintenance company) outrageous service that he recommends we perform. So far so good. Keep up the good work. They are always corteous, punctual, and efficient.

Your technicians that come to our complex are always willing and able to diagnose and correct the problems or concerns. Some other plumbing company was engaged to video inspect a sanitary sewer line and submit a report because one of our residents is having soap suds in her commode and tub. We have not received their report even after numerous requests in writing, phone calls and emails.
Vito plumbing had done a similar work and submitted their report; we were seeking a second opinion but have yet to receive one!

Vito was recommended to me by a neighbor when the contractors through my home warranty were not able to satisfactorily resolve the issue with my furnace/heat pump. I called Vito and they resolved the issue in one trip; as opposed to four plus trips by two other vendors. Ever since then I have been using Vito and maintain a service contract with them for my two units.

Vito services has always been our first call when any plumbing issues arise. They are very quick to schedule your services and the techs are so friendly and helpful. Prices are excellent and would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the plumbing. They are expensive, although I have piece of mind that it has been done correctly, to code, and there won’t be any problems. They are experts.

Since 2006, The Royalton Condos and Innovative Facilities/Zalco have enjoyed a great relationship with VITO Plumbing. Last week, this relationship got stronger. A contractor installing cable under the sidewalk in front of the building cut the gas line serving the property and surrounding area. To repair the gas line, Washington Gas isolated the building notifying us we had to turn off the gas in every condo unit. At first, we tried doing this with our on-site manager, Jackson Stasny, and me. After 10-man hours we had less than 50 units completed.

The next morning we started again only to find the pace was slower. At 12:36 pm, I called Dave Critchfield for help, asking for three employees that could help us out. We still had 66 units to turn off the gas which 30 units we did not have keys. Dave’s response was one I have come use to; I will see what I can do. In less than 30 minutes, Brian, Luke, and John were at the building. Generally this trio has worked many complicated issues that generally result in someone getting very wet and muddy.

We started the task of turning-off each unit’s gas at the point of entry and within 3-hours all 116 units were completed. Washington Gas conducted the meter test and at 6:30pm we had gas service. Now for the fun task, turning the gas on to each unit, resetting the water heaters and checking the stove. By 10:15pm, the task was done, every unit had hot water and gas to cook by.

This was not the most demanding task the Royalton has thrown to Dave, Brian, Luke, or John. This was the most observable by our unit owners and residents. Their professionalism and demeanor with the unit owners and residents was outstanding. Our on-site manager has received many compliments about the team assembled for the task.

VITO Plumbing had positive impact on every resident at the Royalton Condos. Jackson and I could not have completed this job without VITO Plumbing!

My 18 year old AC system went out on me and I called VITO for an estimate. The salesperson came out and conducted a thorough and professional analysis of my entire AC/Furnance system.

VITO salesperson did not pressure me to buy something I did not need. He went back to the office and within 3 hours of him leaving my home, I had the estimate for installtion of a new AC system in my email box. The estimate for a CARRIER sysyem was reasonable and well below what other competitiors were asking.

Great Service. They were very pleasant mechanics and did their job well. They installed two HVAC systems our the home within two days. Chris provided the proposals and their front office was exceptional in delivering very quick feedback, once contacted. We are extremely happy with the service and professionalism.

The whole Vito crew was, as always, responsive, prompt and pleasant to do business with. I called on Monday and they were able to schedule a service call right away.
